The deconstructed latte is an awesome experience. I loved getting to sit down and enjoy this on my own, after a masterful explanation from one of the baristas. Service is kind!

4.5 stars. Coffee Project is a small, warmly lit shop with a great selection of quality third wave coffee. They have a variety of (expensive) pourovers, including gesha. I got the deconstructed latte, which is presented nicely in a flight of espresso, steamed milk, and single shot latte. The espresso itself is their house blend espresso, which tasted pretty normal like other blends. If you're looking for some fun tasting beans, they have a range of light roasts with different processes. Prices range from $25 - $45 per bag. The cons -- seating is limited, and there's no bathroom.

The pandan cold foam latte we ordered here was easily my fav specialty coffee drink of all time!! I typically am hesitant about ordering fun drinks like this bc they tend to be overly sweet but I loved that this drink had just the right amount of sweetness to it and also a really vibrant pandan flavor. The espresso shot also added nice depth and a little bitterness to balance out the sweet components. 10/10 would order again

Going to keep this simple and sweet. LOVE the aesthetics of this cafe. LOVE their seasonal drinks!!! I wished I could try all of them but I don't live around the area. If you're around the area PLEASEEE get the season drinks. I got the Pandan Foam Latte this time and I LOVEEED IT! Except I could do without the coconut cream as a finish.

If you are coming here, you MUST get the deconstructed latte. It is absolutely worth it and you will immediately have a smile on your face. They will talk you through exactly what everything is and how to drink it. It is so fun! Small little shop, not a lot of seating but still cute.

Drink: The coffees were great! If you enjoy a nice fizzy drink i'd recommend The Happy Drink! My friend had a seasonal drink and it was FANTASTIC! Service: The baristas here were amazing. Extremely friendly & willing to take their time to explain their coffees. Ambiance: This spot is small with limited seating but great walking to do in the area!

I visited most of the coffee-going places in the US. Start from Seattle to DC. This coffee shop is absolutely chill and I love hanging out with people around the shop. This coffee is of great quality. Barista was very friendly and knew what she was doing. Whoever roasted those beans today gave him or her huge kudos. Good job, real roasters!

I popped in for a to-go latte, and loved the experience! The coffee was super high quality and the staff were very friendly. Loved sitting outside briefly in the sun and enjoyed how quiet the street was! I will happily come back again. Only thing to note is that they don't have a ton of seating or space indoors. :)

Stopped by this place looking to try a new coffee spot and was not disappointed. I got the kickass London fog and it was a really good cup of coffee. I love earl grey tea and this latte was a nice twist. Definitely would recommend to someone who loves tea and coffee. The service was great too. Everyone was friendly and we got our drinks quickly. The space was pretty small. Not somewhere I would sit for a while, but it was good for a quick sit down while I drank my coffee.
